About Drew Kairos
Built Different.
On Purpose.
Marketer First. Performance Coach Second.
A decade of hands-on marketing experience. A lifetime of learning how to think clearly under pressure. I bring both to every client I work with.
The Origin
Where This Started
When I was eleven, I was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, a bone cancer. Mine also happened to be in an extremely rare location, in my spine. For months I’d been telling everyone something was wrong. For months, I was dismissed. “It’s just a pulled muscle from soccer.” or “You just have growing pains.” It wasn’t until I literally couldn’t flex my left foot that anyone took me seriously.
What followed was a series of surgeries, over a year chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Somewhere in the middle my Dad died suddenly, and a few months after that I was in an eight-week coma… At an age when most kids are worried about homework, I was forced to build mental frameworks that most people never need to develop.
“That was 25 years ago. Outside of some nerve damage in my left leg and a few scars, it’s all in the past. But the internal infrastructure I built during that time became the foundation of everything.”
That experience taught me something most people learn much later- if they learn it at all: systems fail. Authorities get it wrong. The only thing you can fully depend on is the quality of your own thinking.
It’s why I question everything by default, why I believe self-trust is non-negotiable, and why I have very little patience for people who actively fight for a small, unhappy, or unfulfilling life.
The Background
A Decade in the Trenches
I didn’t learn marketing from a course. I learned it by spending my own money, making my own mistakes, and figuring out, through trial and error, what actually moves the needle. Over a decade, I’ve worked across a dozen industries, managed six-figure ad budgets, and built systems that generate revenue without me babysitting them.
But here’s what I kept seeing: the strategy was almost never the real problem. Smart entrepreneurs who knew exactly what to do still had times where they didn’t execute. Analysis paralysis. Imposter syndrome. Decision fatigue. The mental game was quietly killing their results.
That’s when I started combining my marketing background with everything I knew about psychology and human behavior. Real frameworks built from years of studying behavioral science, neuroscience, and philosophy, backed by degrees in criminal justice, social sciences, and threat assessment.
“The mind running the strategy matters more than the strategy itself.”
The result? People who don’t just have a plan, but actually follow through on it – consistently, even under pressure, without losing themselves in the process.

Beyond the Work
What I stand For
Radical Honesty Over Comfort
I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what's true. If we're not a fit, I'll say that too. My reputation is built on results, not hype.
Earned Perspective, Not Borrowed Theory
Every framework I use has been tested with my own money, my own time, and my own nervous system. I don't recommend what I haven't run through myself.
Truth Over Performance
I'm not interested in looking impressive. I'm interested in what actually works, under pressure, over time, at scale. The rest is theater.
Self-Trust as Foundation
The entire point of this work is to make you less dependent on me, on gurus, on external validation. If I'm doing my job right, you eventually don't need me.
