The Background
10 Years in the Marketing Trenches
I didn’t learn marketing from a course. I learned it by spending my own money, building my own funnels, writing my own copy, and figuring out what actually converts the hard way. Over a decade, I’ve worked across industries, managed six-figure ad budgets, and built marketing systems that run without me.
But somewhere along the way, I noticed something: the strategy was never the real problem. The bottleneck was almost always between the ears.
Entrepreneurs who knew exactly what to do, who had the right strategy sitting in front of them, still couldn’t execute. Analysis paralysis. Imposter syndrome. Decision fatigue. The mental game was killing their marketing.
That’s when I combined my marketing expertise with mental performance coaching. Not fluffy mindset work—real psychological frameworks backed by my degrees in psychology. The result: clients who don’t just have a strategy, but actually follow through on it.
The Origin Story
Where the Mental Edge Was Forged
At ten years old, I lost the ability to use my left leg. For months, I’d been telling anyone who would listen that something was wrong. For months, I was dismissed. My mom listened, but the doctors didn’t. It wasn’t until I literally couldn’t walk that they finally took it seriously.
Ewing’s Sarcoma. Bone cancer. Spine. L5/S1. At that age, the diagnosis didn’t mean anything to me. But the reaction from everyone else did.
My parents trusted the system. I trusted my parents. So I trusted the system. But, that trust didn’t last long.
What They Don’t Tell You About “Healing”
- Waking up during surgery
- 27 medications, plus chemotherapy
- Eating through a tube
- Being strapped to the bed
- Eight weeks in a coma
- My father passing away six-months into treatment
I was in an eight-week coma. Feeding tube. Intubation. Septic. Fever spiking. The medical team was out of options. While my body lay there dying on a hospital bed, my mind lived an entire separate life. This is also my first real experience with energy healing and the power of the mind.
The Moment Everything Changed
I survived. And somewhere in the middle of all that chaos, my mind learned to build systems. Frameworks for thinking clearly and protecting myself when everything around me was falling apart. That was twenty-five years ago.
Today, the only reminders of that experiene are some nerve damage in my left leg and a few scars. But the mental infrastructure I built in that hospital bed? That became my life’s work, I just didnt know it yet.
