Drew Kairos is a mindset strategist, marketing psychologist, and the mind behind Alphadog Success. With a decade of experience in digital marketing, behavioral psychology, and high-performance coaching, Drew helps ambitious people dismantle the internal patterns that silently limit their execution, leadership, and results.
A childhood cancer survivor who was repeatedly failed by the systems meant to protect him, Drew rebuilt his worldview from the ground up, developing a framework rooted in self-trust, psychological clarity, and disciplined execution.
He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, a B.S. in Social Sciences, an M.A. in Threat Assessment & Risk Management, and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.). His work draws from behavioral science, neuroscience, stoic philosophy, and over a decade of hands-on marketing strategy.
Drew’s presentations are known for being direct, psychologically sharp, and immediately applicable. He loves to make people laugh, but doesn’t do fluff, political correctness, or sugar-coating.
